please help, potential issue with implant placement?

I did an immediate implant placement on the lower right hand side first molar on Jan 4.

I placed allograft 50/50 allograft and membrane over the implant.

Cover screw and buried the implant.

It’s a Biohorizons 5.2 by 9mm

Following up with the pt.

I noticed the membrane was gone about a week after the surgery. I think the sutures didn’t hold and he lost the membrane and some of the bone grafting.

Now a month later, the implant cover screw is exposed….

I’m not sure what to do?

Take the implant out? And graft the site? And redo 5-6 months later?

Attempt to take the cover screw off and regraft?

Please help

Update on this case:

I ended up going in and replacing the cover screw with a HA

About a month after

5 months later and saw the pt for a recall

That looks pretty good doesn’t it? For healing?

I don’t have a Pa but I will take one after they come back next month for review
